Use the full pairing PDF, the one whose name starts with
p_, like p_EWR73711.pdf. The short summary file that starts with pe_ won't work.
Always use the newest bid pack. United updates bid packs while bidding is open (trips get pulled for IOE and other reasons). An updated file ends in
